I specialize in:

  • ADHD

  • Anxiety

  • Men’s Issues

A little about me:

I’m a warm, collaborative, and strengths-focused therapist who believes that meaningful change begins with being truly heard. With over 20 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families, I help clients navigate life’s transitions, build confidence, and reconnect with their values and sense of purpose.

My therapeutic work centers on healing from trauma, anxiety, depression, identity and self-worth issues, spiritual or existential challenges, body image, relationship dynamics, and life or career transitions. I also bring experience in addiction recovery, parenting support, and executive or life coaching.

My approach integrates Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative and Solution-Focused therapies, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and trauma-informed, person-centered, and strengths-based interventions.  I have been certified as an Evidence-Based Practitioner (CEBP) and I work hard to adapt strategies and modalities through collaborative conversation, tailoring our interactions to fit your unique goals, needs, preferences,  and pace.

In addition to clinical practice, I’ve served as a consultant, trainer, and researcher for evidence-based programs nationwide, including roles with Washington State University,  George Washington University and the University of Kansas. My lifelong passion for helping others is grounded in both science and compassion, blending clinical expertise with authentic human connection.

Clients often describe me as approachable, kind, and easy to talk to. I welcome people from all backgrounds and provide an inclusive, LGBTQ+ friendly environment where every person’s story is valued.  Whether you’re feeling stuck, searching for meaning, or ready to take the next step toward growth, I’ll walk alongside you, helping you find clarity, confidence, and hope again.

Outside of work I enjoy

  • Spending time with family and friends

  • Time outdoors

  • Annoying my children with the ukulele/guitar

  • Listening to audiobooks

  • Learning to ski for the first time in my 40s!
